We are a joyous cooperative community living in a 13-bedroom 6.5-bathroom Victorian in the Alamo Square neighborhood, San Francisco. We have no available openings now but feel free to apply and when we have an opening we may contact you 😊
Come join us for a house dinner! K-BBQ is one of our favorites.
We’re a diverse crew of thirteen ranging from early-20s to early-30s. We have a wide range of interests, but we’re fairly active/sporty (many of us enjoy running/biking, heading out of work early to play some volleyball, and leaving the city occasionally on weekends for hiking or camping/ski trips together). We often bond by cooking/sharing meals with one another and working on projects to improve the house. We have a strong culture of hopping onto activities/events that housemates propose, be it water-coloring, rock-climbing, beach raves, or county fairs.
Store your bike on our nifty bike rack!
Always a good time for nap time
Sunny porch hangs
Sharing meals & friends & laughs
As a community, what really ties us together is our willingness to explore the city and experience new activities with each other! We also often have previous housemates and friends of housemates over, so the community feels much larger than the particular thirteen folks living in the house.
The ever popular spontaneous kitchen hangout
Sometimes we go out to party, sometimes we stay in to party
Located on McAllister Street near Alamo Square park, our neighborhood has everything you could want!
Room 2 is a midsize room on the second floor that has a treehouse feel. It’s got a great view of downtown, lots of natural light, a shared closet, and a bathroom shared with one other roommate. The room is very quiet and offers plenty of privacy.
